- When all milk evaporate,add sugher and give it to a good mix..
- Keep stringing and continue to on a high flame..
- Add khoya,ghee and mix well..
- Towards the end add nuts and give it to a good mix..
- Cover and put it on simmer gajjar halwa is ready..
