- Take a small portion from dough.Make a ball.Make a small chapati with rolling pin and fill the potato stuffing in it.Roll again using dry flour for a medium size paratha.
- Warm a tawa.Grease it with ghee.Now cook this paratha from both sides and grease it with ghee from both sides..
- Serve this paratha with turmeric pickle,green chutney or curd.
