- Separate mushroom domes from stems. And use stems in stuffing Marinate Mushroom with chilli vinegar, red chilli powder, salt and keep it for 15-20 minutes..
- For Cheese Stuffing Mix both cheese with all other 8 ingredients mentioned under cheese stuffing. Mash it little bit to get it mix evenly. And fill it in piping bag and keep it in refrigerator..
- Take bread in mixer jar. Add chilli flakes, garlic, oregano, pinch of salt and grind to powder. Take boiled potato in mixing bowl and mash it. Add bread mixture in and mix it..
- Now fill stuffing in mushrooms completely and keep it in freezer for 10-15 minutes..
- Take small size of coating in hand. Spread it and place stuffed mushroom (cheese side down) exactly at centre. And seal it with coating. Gently press it between the palm and again keep it in freezer for 30mins..
- Now mushrooms are ready fry. Deep Fry it on medium flame till it get golden brown colour. Don't stir or move it until one side it almost fried..
